Ingredients:
Egg 3Gram flour (roasted) 2tbsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Red pepper (crushed) 1/2 tsp
Onions (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together.Heat quarter cup oil in a frying pan.
Fry omelette from both sides.
Serve hot with paratha.
