Ingredients:
Boiled rice ½ kgChicken breast (stripes) ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Onions (chopped) 1
Carrot (chopped) 1
Spring Onion (finely chopped) 1 cup
Peas (boiled) ¼ cup
Eggs 2
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
White Pepper ½ tsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, soya sauce and keep it aside.Heat a wok add oil with beaten eggs.
Add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
Add all vegetables with boiled rice and seasonings, mix well and serve.
