Ingredients:
Palak (boiled and mashed) 1 cup
Flour 1.5 cup
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Salt as desired
Cumin seed (crushed) 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green chili (chopped) – 2
Method:
Add all ingredients and knead well.
Set aside for an hour.
Now make parathas and serve with chatney.
