Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

Caster sugar 12 cup
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1pinch
Milk 3 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

In a saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt.
Place over medium heat, and stir in milk.
Bring to a boil, cook and stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Remove from flame and stir in butter and vanilla.
Cool in a refrigerator and serve.
