Strawberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

For Base:
Sponge Cake
For Filling:
Cream Cheese 1 packet 200 gm
Curd Cheese 1 cup
Whipped Cream 1 cup
Gelatin 1-1/2 tbsp
Strawberry Essence 1 tsp
Strawberry Puree 1 cup
Strawberry (Slices) 2 cup
Icing Sugar 4tbsp

Method:

Beat cream cheese, curd cheese, icing sugar, strawberry essence.
Dissolve gelatin fold in strawberry puree and whipped cream.
Mix slices of strawberries on pan pour filling and chilled until set.
Decorate with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
