Ingredients:
Beef mince 1 kg
Bread 2 slices
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Egg 1
Fresh coriander (finely cut) 1/2 bunch
Green chllies (finely cut) 4
Black pepper (crushed) 1tsp
Milk (fresh) 1/2 kg
Butter 1 tbsp
Refined flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Mayo garlic sauce as accompaniment
Method:
Mix salt in mince and cook till dry; add bread and chop in a chopper.
Heat butter in a pot and fry flour; remove from flame.
Allow to cool; add milk and cook till thick; mix in mince.
Add coriander, green chillies, and black pepper and shape into small oval cutlets.
Coat first with egg, then breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry cutlets golden; serve with garlic mayo Sauce.
