Chicken (with skin) 1
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Salt 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Vinegar 3/4 cup
Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
Chat masala as reguired
Method:
In large pan fill water and add chicken.
Leave it for 1 hour, Then add lemon juice,
salt, ginger garlic paste and vinegar to it.
Again leave for 1 hour, after half an hour
add meat tenderizer and leave the chicken
for another 15 minutes, Then remove
chicken from water and bake in a pre-
heated oven for 1 hour.
Sprinkle the chicken with chat masala and lemon juice.
