Fried Fish


Ingredients:

Fish fillets (cut into strips) 1/2 kg
Fish masala (packaged) 250 grams
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Refined flour (sieved) 1cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Cabbage (finely cut) for decoration
Tomato ketchup as accompaniment

Method:

Mix fish masala with garlic, cornflour, lemon juice and salt to make a batter.
Coat fish fillet first with batter, then flour.
Heat oil in a wok, and fry fish golden; remove.
Decorate a dish with cabbage and place fish on top.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
