Ingredients:
Milk 2 cupSugar 1 cup
Coco powder 3/4 cup
Chocolate 1/4 cup
Chocolate chips 3/4 cup
Cream 1-1/2 cup
Egg whites 5
Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
Almond 3/4 cup
For Topping:
Chocolate 1 cup
Coco powder 1/4 cup
Cream 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
For Ice Cream: Put half sugar in milk and heat on stove.Add eggs in remaining sugar and beat it.
Now put in hot water, mix it with machine, strain it and again cook on the stove.
When it becomes light thick, then chill it.
Put in ice cream machine and leave for 30 minutes.
In end, add chocolate chips, put in a mould and freeze it.
Serve with chocolate sauce.
For Topping:
Put cream, chocolate and coco powder in sauce pan and melt it.
In end, add butter and chill it.
Serve Chocolate ice-cream with brownies on the side and topped with Chocolate sauce.
