Rabri Kheer

Ingredients:

Milk (fresh) 2 litres
Rice (soaked and ground) 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Rose water 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Rabri 250 grams
Pistachios (finely cut) for garnishing
Sterling silver leaves for garnishing

Method:

Cook Milk in a pot for 30 minutes; add rice and cook until tender.
Add sugar and cook till milk thickens; add cardamoms, rose water, and condensed milk; cook for 5 minutes.
Remove in a dish and allow to cool; add rabri.
Garnish with pistachios and sterling silver leaves; serve.
