Beef Haleem

Ingredients:

Beef boneless 1 kg
Oil 1 cup
Onion 2 sliced
Haleem wheat 1/2 kg
Barley 1/2 cup
Gram lentil 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chili powder 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 2 tbsp
All spices powder 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Mint leaves 20
Green chilies 4
Chat masala 1 tsp
Lemon 2
Brown onion 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

Soak wheat, barley and gram lentil overnight separate.
Next morning, cook wheat and barley with 10 cup water until tender.
After that, boil gram lentil in 6 cup water until tender then cool them and blend it.
Now heat oil in frying pan, put onion and fry onion until light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and cumin, cover it and cook it. Add 4-6 cup water, cover it and cook more until tender; Grind beef boneless with hand grinder.
Now mix blended meat with wheat and gram lentil and mash it.
Then add some water in a pan, cook it and strangulate it.
Add all spices powder and chat masala, strangulate more and cook more for 30 minutes.
For making bhagar:
Heat ghee in one frying pan, put onion slice, fry it until light golden.
Take out haleem in a serving bowl, put bhagar.
Now serve with chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger slice and lemons.
