Butterscotch Pudding

Butterscotch Pudding

Ingredients:

Milk (fresh) 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter (unsalted) 2 tbsp
Cream and cocoa powder for garnishing

Method:

Whisk brown sugar, cornflour and salt in a saucepan; add 1/2 milk.
Bring to boil while stirring continuously; remove from flame,
Add remaining ingredients; pour into tall glasses and cover with cling film.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Garnish with cream and cocoa powder.
