Ingredients:
Semolina (suji) 3 cupsJaggery (powdered) 2 cups
Butter 1 cup
Pistachios, almond (finely cut) 1/2 cup + for garnishing
Method:
Heat butter in a wok; fry semolina till golden.Add jaggery; cook while stirring vigorously till halwa separates from the edges of the wok.
Add pistachios and almonds; dish out.
Garnish with pistachios and almonds; serve.
