Mango Rasmalai

Mango Rasmalai Recipe

Ingredients:

Milk powder 1 cup
Mango puree 1 cup
Flour 1-1/2 tsp
Whole milk 1 litre
Baking powder 1 tsp
Oil or clarified butter 1 tbsp
Condensed milk 1/3 tin
Egg 1
Green cardamoms 4
Almonds and pistachio for garnish

Methods:

Boil the milk in a pan, add cardamom and condensed milk and cook for a few minutes.
Sift milk powder, flour and baking powder add oil into powder.
Whisk egg and knead powder milk in soft medium dough and make small sized balls.
Now add all balls into boiling milk high the flame then low the flame after a few minutes.
Repeat flame high and low for a while then remove and add mango puree incorporate well.
Garnish with almond and pistachio.
Refrigerate to chill.
