Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg large cubesGram flour 2 cups
Cumin 1 tsp crushed
Coriander 1 tsp crushed
Citric acid 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Coriander and mint leaves 14 bunch
Method:
Combine gram flour, chicken, coriander leaves, mint leaves and all the spices in a bowl.Add water to it and make a thick mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan and drop 1 tbsp of mixture in it and fry till golden.
Sieve out on absorbent paper.
Serve pakoras with french fries and mint chutney.
