Ingredients:
Fish fillets 1 kgOnion (chopped) 1
Eggs 2
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Hot spices powder 1 tsp.
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Red chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Fresh coriander, mint (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Mint for garnishing
Method:
Combine fish, coriander, mint and green chilies in a chopper.Add all remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs and eggs.
Shape into kebabs; coat first with eggs, then breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan; fry kebabs till golden and remove.
Garnish with mint; serve.
