Ingredients:
Basmati Rice 1/2 kgSugar 2 cups
Currants 1/2 cup
Screw pine essence few drops
Green cardamoms 4-5
khoya 1/2 cup
Quids(ashrafi) as required
Clarified butter 1 cup
Silver leaves for garnish
Method:
Take 1/2 kg of rice, clean the rice and soaked it for 2-3 hoursNow strain the rice and boiled the rice add few drops of screw pine essence.
Take another cooking pan add 1 cup of clarified butter and add 4-5 green cardamoms when its popping add as required water and 1 cup of sugar and cook.
When the sugar is dissolve; add currants, khoya, quids; mix it well and steam it.
When the steam is done take it out in a dish.
Garnish with silver leave and serve.
