Fried Noodles


Ingredients:

Egg noodles (boiled) 2 cups
Chicken breasts (finely cut) 250 grams
Tomato (chopped) 1
Onion (chopped) 1
Spring onions (finely cut) 3 stalks
Cabbage (finely cut) 100 grams
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Red chilies 1 tsp
Garlic 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Green chilies (finely cut) 4
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Fresh red chilies for garnishing

Method:

Heat oil in a wok; fry garlic
Add onion; fry; add chicken and cook till golden.
Add red chilies, chili garlic sauce and soya sauce; fry for a few minutes.
Add noodle and all remaining ingredients; fry on high flame; dish out.
Garnish with red chilies; serve.
