Ingredients:
Orange 3Orange zest 1
Icing sugar 175 gm
Double cream 584 millilitres
Wafers (to serve) 6
Method:
Squeeze the juice of all 3 oranges and pour into a bowl with the zest and sugar.Stir to dissolve the sugar and add the double cream.
Whip everything until it holds soft peaks, and then turn into an air-tight container.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Serve in a bowl, with wafers.
