lce-cream Ingredients:
Mango pulp 2cups
Fresh cream 350 grams
Fresh milk 1 cup
Condensed milk 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Luke-warm water 1/2 cup
Gelatin powder 1 tsp
Custard lngredients:
Fresh milk 1/2 kg
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Strawberry custard powder 2 tbsp
Cherries, fresh cream, mixed fruits for garnishing
Method:
Dissolve gelatin powder in water.
Blend with remaining ice-cream ingredients in a blender.
Pour into a Pyrex dish and freeze.
Boil milk in a pot; gradually add custard powder, stirring continuoushy
Add essence and remove from flame.
When cooked pour on the ice-cream.
Garnish with cream, cherries and mixed fruits and refrigerate.
