Cholcolate Doughnuts


Ingredients:

White flour 2 cup
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Luke water as needed
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Cooking chocolate 200 gm
Oil for frying 

Method:

Take white flour in a bowl, add dry yeast, salt, sugar, oil & lukewarm water as needed.
Mix it well till the ingredients are combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic sheet.
Leave it dough to rise, at warm area till the dough get rise.
Roll the dough to 1 inch thickness.
Cut the dough with round ring cutter; place it on a try to further rising.
Heat oil in a wok, as the oil get hot on medium heat.
Start put donuts one by one in the hot oil to fry, fry it from the both sides till they turned to golden brown color.
Remove it from the hot oil and let it get cooled, and then glaze them with the melted chocolate.
