Gulab Jaman

Ingredients:

For Gulab Jamun:
Powdered milk 2 cup
Maida 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Ghee 2-3 tbsp
Pistachios for garnish
For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar 1/2 kg
Kewra essence few drops

Method:

For sugar syrup: 
Put sugar and water in pan and cook until thick.
Now add kewra essence, mix it and remove it.
Syrup is ready.
For gulab jamun: 
Put milk powder, maida, baking powder, ghee and beaten eggs in a bowl and knead it.
Now make balls.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, put balls and fry it.
Now take it out and put in syrup immediately.
Put gulab jamun in a serving dish, garnish with pistachios and serve.
