Dahi Bary

Ingredients:

White lentil 250 gm
Red pepper (crushed) 1 tsp 
White cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Water as required
Yogurt (whipped) 1 kg 
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Tamarind chutney 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp

Method:

Soak white lentil for 6 hours in water.
Put in blender with red pepper, whole white cumin, salt, baking powder and 1/2 Cup water; blend well.
Deep fry bara's in frying pan.
Soak in hot salted water.
Beat 1 kg yogurt.
Remove baras from water, remove all
the water by pressing in between your palms.
To Serve:
Put 1 cup yogurt into a serving dish,
arrange baras, cover with remaining
yogurt on top.
Sprinkle chat Masala, drizzle with
tamarind chutney and coriander
leaves, serve chilled
